I do wet my diaper not always, yeah I do wet my diaper and have wet in the middle of the night more than a few time by accident luckily all those times i was wearing a diaper that didn''''''''''''''''t leak. Wearing diapers can most absolutely be a sexual thing. But Its more of a comfort thing for me, like a security blanket. but it just makes me feel euphoric.
