So I woke up this morning like normal but now I'm really not feeling well. My chest feels tight. I don't know if it's a panic attack or what. I just in general, feel like crap right now. Not a great start to the week. I'm light headed and wish I could just go back to bed but nope, I have to leave for work in 10 minutes. Hopefully this passes. I don't know what the deal is but I do know, I don't like it. According to my fitbit my pulse is at 82 which is alright. Actually for me kinda low really. I just took my morning meds so hoping that everything calms down and I feel better throughout the day.
