In my own words:

I started wearing diapers at night to help with my sleep disorder. It has been about 15 years now and I fear a night without one. I do enjoy the comfort and peace of mind that comes with my diaper and now consider myself a DL. I am not into the baby side much, but I do wake some mornings in a submissive mood.
