Thicc diapers help me manage the Autism and “Pure O” OCD that rendered me legally disabled from ages 23 to 28. I still struggle a lot with executive dysfunction and intrusive thoughts. My clinicans endorse diaper use as a self-soothing comfort outlet. I'm not "24/7" but I will wear up to 20 hours at a time.

My ideal playtime partner would be a much older person who doesn't wears diapers. Looking for an auntie or uncle type interested in exposing and humiliating silly diaperfags such as myself.
