In my own words:: Thicc diapers help me manage the Autism and “Pure O” OCD that rendered me legally disabled from ages 23 to 28. I still struggle a lot with executive dysfunction and intrusive thoughts. My clinicans endorse diaper use as a self-soothing comfort outlet. I'm not "24/7" but I will wear up to 24 hours at a time.
