In my own words:

This started as a curiosity in my young life. I became attracted to secretly wetting, and as I matured, it took on a sexual component. It still does, but I enjoy wetting diapers and underwear partly because it feels naughty, partly because of the feeling, and also building myself up to the relief of an empty bladder! Diapers came along in my 20s, and every so often, they come into the mix too.
