Hi all looking to make new friends and maybe more. I would love to find a ab/dl girl or mummy. I have been incontinent since 2010 with a catheter which was removed 2 years ago 2024. I have not liked wearing incontinence nappies/pants (diapers) but started to accept them and started to like them over the last year so padded 24/7

Finding ab/dl nappies and clothing bringing my inner child out has been very relaxing and a good stress reliever I have always been a very shy and discrete person and a sub I have recently started looking at being a switch which I’m enjoying.
