In my own words:

I started wear and using diapers after finding out that having only one alcoholic drink will make me wet the bed. so i ordered some diapers online, because i was to embarrassed to pick them up at a store, and put one on before drinking and when i woke up the diaper was soaked, but the bed was dry.
Now i do have a rule drinking alcohol "I don't drink where i can't sleep", so that means i don't go to bars or night-clubs.
