Hi, I’m Thomas — but friends call me T-Dog. I’m 26, autistic, and proud to be part of the ABDL community as both an Adult Baby and a Diaper Lover.

Living with autism means I experience the world differently — I’m very sensory-focused, and for me, diapers bring comfort, calm, and happiness. I like thick diapers, being soggy, and even messy sometimes. It’s not just a kink — it’s something that helps me feel safe, grounded, and more like me.

I enjoy regressing into little space, snuggling with my stuffies, and relaxing in my own padded world. I may communicate differently or need a little patience sometimes, but I’m kind, loyal, and love making friends who get me.
