I'm a baby in a man's body. I wear Vivactive Slip Ultimate nappies 24/7. I sleep with a dummy in.
For work, I am a School Site Manager (Posh title for a glorified Caretaker!) at a special needs school. It's a lot of responsibility, working at quite a large school. All our kids are autistic \ behavioural, so is challenging, yet rewarding, I live on site, in my 1960s Caretaker's bungalow with my young son. Work keeps me busy, but I love every minute of it. I am based in the Boarders Block, so I am in the thick of everything that goes on and no day is ever the same. From cleaning, to maintenance, I do it all. I work with a brilliant team. Our Head Karen is so supportive, along with our brilliant Teachers, House Keepers, Boarding Units Staff and Governors. I love working at the school and I am loved by pupils and staff alike. The kids know me as "Smiffy" instead of Mr Smith, which I find is really sweet. They always say hello to me and I am very respected at work.
Outside of work, I love taking my lad to the park, riding my motorbike, swimming, karaoke, (yes I can sing) DIY and model railways. We have a model railway club at work, with a layout based on the SWML.
I try to get on as much as I can, but work means this is mostly evenings and weekends. Beware I am on call 24\7 so if I suddenly go offline, this is most likely why. When something goes tits up over the school, it's me that has to deal with it!
